Samos Housing was founded in 2008 by Civil Engineer Giannis Paleokastritis.
We deal with Real Estate and Construction projects from more than 20 years.
Our Headquarters are in Samos Town and we are soon planning a second branch.
All these years, we have been involved in many Construction and Renovation projects.
Furthermore, we have successfully completed many property acquisitions, and most of the times we were involved into further development.
We deal on Samos and Nationwide only with selected and checked properties.
Legislation in Greece can be very slow and complicated for buying or building a property.
This is where we come in.
We are helping foreigners for many years, to get by with the constant problems that Greek laws create in property issues.
