If you own a Hotel or Rental rooms property in Greece you will need a classification of your business according to the law of 2015 ΦΕΚ 10Β/2015
By the end of 2017 ALL establishments in Greece have to by law be classified in to stars and keys categorisation and obtain the appropriate licence which is valid for 5 years and is renewed if the business meets the appropriate standards.
