THE CADASTER PROCESS started AT 14th January 2019 Property owners have up to 30th November 2019 to register their property to the Cadaster land registry system. It is essential that your declare your property in the Cadaster Registry System. This is a one time process.
Please Note: Residents of Samos Town, Kalami, Nisi, Malagari don’t have to do anything because the Cadaster is completed in those areas. Only Resident of the rest of Samos Island have to do the Cadaster Process.
