Giannis completed both his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Manchester — one of Europe's largest and most respected civil engineering departments, with over 200 years of engineering heritage. Building on that foundation, he subsequently obtained professional certifications in real estate valuation and agency practice in Greece.
