How much does it cost — what is your commission?
There is no upfront cost: the valuation, on-site visit and marketing preparation are at our expense. We are paid a commission only when your property actually sells — agreed and put in writing before any marketing begins. We earn only when you do.
Can I sell a property with planning violations (αυθαίρετο) on Samos?
Yes. As civil engineers we handle the legalisation and the new building identity in-house, so the property becomes legally transferable. This usually runs in parallel with marketing, so it doesn't delay the sale.
