Book a Civil Engineer Appointment on Samos

Meet a licensed civil engineer at our office in Samos Town or at your property anywhere on Samos. We handle topographic surveys, the Electronic Building Identity, energy certificates, building permits, legalisation of illegal works, damp and building defects, construction and renovation.

Office appointment €150 + VAT · Site visit €185 + VAT. Appointments Monday–Friday, 09:00–19:00. Pick a day, then pay online to confirm. If you assign us the job, the fee is deducted from our final fee.

How the engineer appointment works

First, choose an office meeting or a site visit and the work you need. Next, pick a free weekday and time; weekends and Greek public holidays are closed. Then you pay the appointment fee by PayPal or card, and you get a confirmation email straight away. Until the payment is made, your appointment is not confirmed.

Is the fee refundable?

If you assign the job to SAMOS Housing, the appointment fee is deducted from our final fee. However, if you do not continue with us and no work is carried out, the fee is not refunded, because the engineer’s time and advice were already given.
