Pagondas

Pagondas sits on the southern slopes of Samos, above the beaches of Tsopela and Mikri Lakka, surrounded by olive groves and terraced land. It is a working village rather than a resort, which keeps prices well below the north coast while leaving you fifteen minutes from Pythagorio and the airport. Typical stock is village houses for restoration, olive plots and larger parcels outside the settlement boundary.
