Mykali

Mykali is the stretch of east coast facing the Turkish shore across the strait, between Psili Ammos and Poseidonio, a short drive from Samos Town. It is quiet, low density and almost entirely holiday housing: detached houses set back from the beach, small apartment blocks and plots with open sea views towards Mount Mycale. Buyers come here for water access without resort traffic. Coastal setbacks and the shoreline zone determine how close to the sea anything may be built, and every plot we list is measured against the current line rather than the seller’s description.
