Παλαιόκαστρο

Palaiokastro is an inland village on the hills west of Samos Town, above the bay of Malagari, with views over the north-east coast and quick access to the capital. It is a residential village rather than a tourist one, which keeps prices moderate and the housing stock practical: family houses with land, older stone dwellings for restoration and agricultural plots with olive trees. Outside the settlement boundary the permitted build depends on plot size and road frontage under the Samos ZOE zoning — we calculate the real figure for every plot we offer.
