Ποτοκάκι

Potokaki is the beach strip between Pythagorio and the Heraion, the closest sandy coast to the airport and the most developed tourist accommodation zone on the south side of Samos. For buyers it is a rental-yield area first and a residential one second: apartments, maisonettes and small complexes rather than village houses. Anything within the tourist zone is affected by the coastal setback line and, for units above 300 square metres, by the Category I deadline of 1 February 2028 for the Electronic Building Identity — which is why we check the building file of every unit here before it is listed.
