Agia Paraskevi is a small coastal settlement about 8 km north of Samos Town, set in the western corner of the bay of Mikri Ammos, with the Nisi peninsula and its lighthouse immediately to the north-west facing the islets of Makronisi and Strongylo. It is one of the quietest addresses on the north-east coast: a pebble beach used by fishing boats, a handful of houses, and Livadaki beach a short drive further along. Property here is holiday houses and plots close to the water. The coastal setback line and the shoreline zone decide how close to the sea anything may be built, and every plot we list is measured against the current line rather than the seller’s description.
