Agios Konstantinos

Agios Konstantinos is a north-coast village between Kokkari and Karlovasi, built along a green waterfront with the mountain rising directly behind it — one of the shadiest and best-watered parts of Samos, with the paths up to Manolates and the Ampelos villages starting here. It is quieter than Kokkari and priced accordingly, with stone houses in the old quarter, seafront apartments and terraced land above the road. Slope, retaining works and access rights matter more here than anywhere else on the north coast, and our engineers assess all three before a listing is published.
