Kalami

Kalami sits just outside Samos Town on the road towards Kokkari, close enough to walk into the capital and far enough to keep gardens and parking. It is one of the practical choices on the island for a permanent home rather than a summer one: mains services, year-round neighbours, schools and the hospital minutes away. Stock is family houses on their own plots, maisonettes and building land on the slopes above the bay.
