Koumeika is a traditional village in south-west Samos, set inland above Balos beach, with a marble-paved square and stone houses that have kept their original character. It is one of the quietest parts of the island and one of the most affordable, with sea access at Balos and Velanidia a few minutes away by car. Typical property is village houses for restoration and agricultural plots with olive trees. Many older houses here have never had their as-built plans updated, so a building identity check is the first step we run for a buyer.
